Strong team support alongside autonomy in your role

Rural property agency work - instructions, marketing, negotiations, sales progression

Red Book valuations across a variety of rural property types

Land & estate management - FBTs, contract farming, and general management

RPA & grant schemes - BPS, Countryside Stewardship and similar

Planning & development - supporting applications and advising clients

Providing strategic advice to clients on their property portfolios

Supporting dispersal, collective and fodder sales

MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer desirable)

Proven experience within rural surveying

Strong interest in the agricultural / farming sector

Confident, personable, and strong relationship builder

Organised with the ability to manage your own workload

Proactive with a "can-do" attitude

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
