Print & Embroidery Operative - PertempsPertemps is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join a busy print and embroidery department. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly team within a clean and well-organised working environment.
The role involves embroidering customer logos and badges using modern, compact, and easy-to-use machinery. While the environment does not involve heavy lifting, the role does require being on your feet for most of the day and a reasonable level of physical strength.
Key Responsibilities:- Working from job sheets to fulfil customer requirements
- Setting embroidery machines to specification
- Preparing garments for embroidery
- Ensuring high-quality standards are consistently maintained
- Packing and boxing completed orders
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety regulations
- Supporting other areas when required, including printing, receiving deliveries, and checking/unpacking orders
Required Attributes:- Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- A team player who is hardworking, reliable, and punctual
Hours of Work:- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm (once a month after training)
