Looking to get your foot in the door in a secondary school, but want more than just "covering lessons"?
We're working with a number of welcoming and well run secondary schools across Telford and Shrewsbury who are looking for motivated Graduate Teachers to join them. These are great opportunities if you're thinking about teaching long term and want real classroom experience that actually builds your confidence.
This isn't about standing at the front and hoping for the best. You'll be properly involved, supporting learning, building relationships, and gradually stepping into more responsibility as you grow.
What you'll be doing:This role is ideal if you're considering teacher training in the future and want to build solid, hands on experience in a supportive school environment first.
You'll get a real feel for school life, develop your classroom presence, and figure out what kind of educator you want to be, all while making a genuine impact day to day.
