A market-leading chilled food manufacturer in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Hygiene Manager to ensure high hygiene standards and compliance with food safety regulations. This hands-on leadership role requires motivating a dedicated hygiene team while working closely with Production, Engineering, and Technical teams. The successful candidate will have experience in food safety management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in cleaning processes. This position includes a shift pattern of Monday to Friday nights, with a salary range of £55,000 - £60,000.
