Commercial Property Solicitor - Coventry Full-time, Permanent

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its friendly and growing commercial department. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, while playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service.

The Role

• Managing a full caseload of commercial property transactions
• Advising clients in person, by phone and in writing
• Handling matters from instruction to completion and post-completion
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About You

• Strong understanding of commercial/property law and practice
• Knowledge of CQS
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Able to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
