This role will involve supporting customers with ticket booking enquiries for events across the UK. The position is predominantly email-based, where you will be responding to a high volume of customer queries, ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
