BMS Commissioning Engineer

South East £42,000 to £60,000 + van + pension + 25 days holiday

Want a BMS role where you can do more than just tick off commissioning points?

This position gives you the chance to commission, test, fault-find, integrate, and optimise BMS systems across UK projects, with exposure to Trend, Siemens, Priva, and open protocol integration including BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus.

• Commission and validate BMS systems through to client handover
• Modify software, graphics, and integrations across new and legacy environments
• Support audits, reactive work, reports, and technical documentation

• Solid BMS commissioning experience
• Valid CSCS and SSSTS
• Full UK driving licence

Predominantly site-based with UK travel and occasional overnight stays.
