ESOL Teacher

We are currently seeking dedicated ESOL Tutors and Teachers to work across a range of education settings. This rewarding role involves delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners of different abilities and language levels, and helping to create a calm and supportive classroom where every learner feels confident and motivated to improve their English.

You will work closely with teaching staff and education providers to ensure continuity of learning while providing a supportive and professional presence in the classroom.

Working Hours
Flexible supply hours available ( Both Part Time and Full Time )

• Experience teaching ESOL / English as a Second Language
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA, TEFL, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to support learners from a wide range of cultural and educational backgrounds
• A proactive and professional attitude
• Ability to provide two recent references

• Deliver engaging ESOL lessons to learners at a range of levels (Entry Level to Level 2 where required)
• Support learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Create a positive and structured learning environment
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning needs and language levels
• Support learner progress and engagement in the classroom
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Provide feedback on learner progress where required
