Four Squared Recruitment are currently recruiting for a
Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and courteous support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or face to face
- Handling a high volume of queries while maintaining excellent service standards
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Accurately updating customer records and internal systems
- Providing clear and accurate information about products/services
- Escalating complex issues where appropriate
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, professional, and empathetic approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging conversations
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and standard office software
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
