Key responsibilitiesAs Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading from the front. Your duties will include:

Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen servicesMaintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistencyOverseeing food safety, hygiene, and compliance standardsManaging stock control, ordering, and minimising wasteTraining, mentoring, and developing junior team membersTaking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence

What we're looking forThis role would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a Junior Sous looking for their first Sous Chef role, who thrives in a quality-focused environment.
