The successful Autism Support Worker will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping students develop key life skills, communication abilities, and confidence.

This Autism Support Worker role will involve:
Delivering tailored support to pupils with autism
Assisting with communication and social interaction development
Supporting sensory and emotional regulation needs
Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff

The ideal Autism Support Worker will have experience working with children with autism or a strong interest in SEN and a proactive, patient approach.
