You'll work at the heart of production, collaborating with Line Leaders and Assembly Operators to resolve issues quickly, maintain flow, and protect Right First Time output. What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect and road test vehicles to identify any quality concerns
- Accurately document issues and support root cause investigations
- Work closely with production teams to prevent out of sequence (OOS) vehicles
- Maintain excellent housekeeping in line with 5S principles
- Uphold all Health & Safety standards and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the production line
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as required by your manager
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in quality inspection
- A relevant technical qualification, recognised apprenticeship, or experience within a quality focused environment
- Strong understanding of industry safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow SOPs with precision
- A proactive, problem solving mindset
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues
