Due to internal restructure our fantastic manufacturing client in Rotherham are looking for an interim Team Leader/Shift Manager to join their team.

The role is an immediate start and they are looking for someone who

Has manufacturing experience

Can manage and lead a team of up to 30 people

Guide and supervise as well as practising great health and safety awareness

Can manage to process as well as thinking of ideas to upskill the team and shop floor

An innovative thinker that can get the job done!

Will work a rotating shift pattern (Days, Afternoons and Nights)
