Zachary Daniels are recruiting First Line IT Support for a fast growing, award winning retailer in Stockport. This a Monday - Friday role, with a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus additional benefits and guaranteed bonuses

We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their IT team as a First Line Support Analyst.

The Role of the First Line IT Support:

• Provide first-line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer base
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessary
• Support and maintain business applications and network infrastructure
• Assist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projects
• Deliver support via phone, email and occasional on-site visits
