Commercial Property Solicitor (Full-Time / Flexible Hours Available) - Sutton Coldfield

A well-established law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals, known for its approachable, client-focused service is now seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team on a full-time basis. Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters
• Supporting property development projects
• Acting in transactions involving pension property investments
• Liaising with lenders and financial institutions on funding arrangements
• Managing transactions through to completion, including Land Registry requirements and SDLT considerations

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 3+
• Proven experience in commercial property law
• Strong knowledge of leases, licences and development work
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
