Our client is a rapidly scaling SaaS startup experiencing exceptional momentum, having grown 300% year-on-year. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in delivering value to customers and supporting long-term growth.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, managing projects, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The Role
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. Working closely with customers, they will lead implementation of the platform, analyse performance data, support ongoing projects, and identify opportunities for upsell and account growth.
