Primary ASC Teacher
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September startWe are recruiting for a large, well-established special school for pupils aged 4-16 with autism and complex learning needs. Our core purpose is to nurture, challenge and inspire every pupil to develop the skills and confidence needed to become independent and valued members of their community.

The school provides a highly personalised curriculum tailored to meet the needs of pupils with autism and additional needs. Teaching focuses on communication, independence, life skills, and academic development, supported by a multidisciplinary team including therapists and specialist staff.Class sizes are small, allowing staff to build strong relationships and deliver meaningful, individualised learning experiences.
The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:Lead a class of pupils with autism and complex needsPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targetsCreate a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environmentWork closely with teaching assistants and specialist professionalsMonitor, assess and report on pupil progress

About You
