Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-3 PQE Shropshire Hybrid WorkingA well established and highly regarded Shropshire firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. You'll work closely with the Head of Department and a supportive team, handling a varied commercial property caseload with the opportunity to broaden your role as the department continues to expand.The Role• Managing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion• Running your own caseload with paralegal support• High level of client facing work• Working collaboratively with Head of Commercial Property and the wider team• Opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities as the team developsAbout You• Qualified as a: Solicitor or Legal Executive• Experience handling commercial property files independently• Confident managing matters end to end• Comfortable with regular client interaction• Looking for long term progression within a stable and supportive teamSalary & Benefits• Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience• Achievable bonus structure, based on billing above target• Hybrid working, with the role based from the firm's Shropshire offices• Supportive working culture with low staff turnover• Genuine long term career opportunityHow to Apply:Contact Alicia Forde on or email quoting Job Ref: eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
