A fantastic opportunity to join a renowned talent management agency in the heart of London's West End.
We are keen to speak with highly skilled Executive Assistants with a minimum of five years' experience supporting C-Suite executives.
The role will encompass a range of traditional EA responsibilities, alongside events and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management and gatekeeping on behalf of senior executives
- International travel coordination, including the preparation of detailed itineraries
- Leading and supporting high-profile, cross-functional projects, working closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives from concept through to delivery
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Gathering data, producing reports, and preparing documentation for board meetings
- Meeting and greeting key clients and stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact
- Minute taking
- Supporting the onboarding of new assistants and providing cover during sickness and holiday periods
- Managing expenses
- Events coordination, including assistance with annual company events (location scouting, budget forecasting and management, supplier liaison, and negotiation of rates and contracts)
Candidate requirements:
- A minimum of five years' experience supporting at C-Suite level
- Recent experience working within fast-paced media or creative organisations
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives and coordinating complex, ever-changing diaries and schedules
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technical capability, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Google Workspace, Slack, SAP, and AI-based platforms
This role is office-based four days per week, with one day working remotely.
