Job Title: Administrative Officer (AO) - Case Administrator

Pay Rate: 14.41 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer (AO) to join the Sexual Offending Unit within the London Probation Service. This is a vital administrative position supporting probation staff and individuals on probation through efficient and accurate processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining administrative systems, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the wider team in achieving divisional objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records on data management systems
  • Log and process incoming referrals from start to allocation
  • Set up and manage group information within systems
  • Provide administrative support to assigned groups
  • Update systems with session details and feedback
  • Create, print, and send correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries
  • Follow up on outstanding referrals
  • Upload and manage media content
  • Issue travel warrants and maintain logs
  • Provide reception cover during evening reporting (Mitre House / Marylebone when required)
  • Attend meetings as required

  • Experience working in administrative or support roles
