Commercial Property Paralegal Midlands Hybrid WorkingA well established law firm in the Midlands is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with commercial property experience to develop their career within a supportive and well structured department.The Role• Supporting fee earners on a range of commercial property matters• Assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion• Drafting and amending commercial property documentation• Carrying out title investigations, searches, and due diligence• Preparing completion statements and post completion documentation• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors• Managing key dates and ensuring files are progressed efficiently• General administrative and case management support as requiredThe Ideal Candidate• Previous experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal (or similar role)• Familiarity with commercial property transactions and processes• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files• Confident communicator with a professional client focused approach• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure• Comfortable working as part of a team in a busy environmentWhat's on Offer• Competitive salary, dependent on experience• Supportive and collaborative team culture• Exposure to high quality commercial property work• Opportunity for career development and progression within the firmHow to Apply:Contact Alicia Forde on or email quoting Job Ref: eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
