Mechanical Supervisor

A leading Tier One Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Bristol, renowned for delivering high value, technically complex projects across a range of sectors. Now seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the team, overseeing mechanical installations on a variety of new build projects. Project sectors include Education, Healthcare, and MOD, all delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships on site, being an integral part of the successful delivery

Responsibilities to include ;

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient delivery
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
• Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with specifications
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site
• Assist in resolving any technical or operational challenges

The successful individual ;

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role within the M&E or construction sector
• Strong background working on new build projects
• Experience across sectors such as education, healthcare, or MOD is advantageous
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
