What you ll do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you ll receive full training and support from day one. You ll learn how to:
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent in your specialist market
- Understand market trends and opportunities
- Develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, often within 12 months
What you ll get
- £26,500 starting salary
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Clear training, mentorship and career progression
- Year 1 OTE: £30k
- Year 2 OTE: £50k
- Year 3 OTE: £90k £130k+
