Senior Practice Accountant

TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for a Senior Practice Accountant to join a fantastic, chartered accountancy practice in Canterbury, Kent. This firm is currently experiencing growth and can offer excellent future progression prospects. It will be a hands-on, client-facing position, where you can maintain a good work life balance.

As a Senior Practice Accountant in Canterbury your responsibilities will include the following:

• Prepare and review accounts for sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies
• Prepare and review client tax returns and provide advice
• Proactively liaise with clients directly
• Support trainees and junior staff members
• Assisting clients with accounts software and other queries as required

Senior Practice Accountant Canterbury

To be considered for this role, applicants will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
• Be IT literate, preferably with knowledge of Iris, and/or Sage, Xero or QuickBooks
• Have excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Both part time, and full time applicants will be considered

• £38,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable
