Legal PA to London Co-Head/Head of Private Equity - US Law Firm
Working for a very friendly boutique US Law firm
This is very much a FULLY HANDS ON PA role !
The Partner sits on lots of committees, so assistance will be required
Extensive Diary Management
Lots of travel arranging predominantly to the US, but also Europe
The Legal PA needs to be switched on, unflappable and be able to stay one step ahead at all times
Additional support to Associates - opening new files and expenses
Amazing offices in the heart of the City
- Hours 9am - 5pm
- Hybrid working 3 days in the office /2 from home - flexibility is required
- Salary up to £55,000
PROVEN LEGAL PA / SECRETARIAL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
