Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Construction

We're partnering with a growing independent recruitment specialist delivering both white- and blue-collar talent to major construction projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Recruitment Consultant (White Collar) to join their Reading office.

• Own your desk - manage a permanent or dual desk with full autonomy
• Strong market access - work with Tier 1 residential developers, PLC housebuilders, and leading main contractors
• Warm start - inherit live roles and access to 1,000+ active client accounts
• High earning potential - up to 35% commission with additional incentives

• Manage and grow a white-collar construction desk
• Recruit across Residential, Commercial, or M&E sectors
• Place production and commercial professionals into permanent roles
• Build and develop long-term client relationships
• Source, interview and manage high-quality candidates

• Basic salary: £30,000 - £45,000
• 3-month financial guarantee
• Uncapped commission structure (up to 35%)
• Quarterly cash bonuses
• Two international incentive trips per year
• Ski holidays and additional rewards

• Proven experience in white-collar construction recruitment
• Strong billing history and commercial mindset
• Confident in managing clients and developing new business
• Driven, ambitious, and motivated by high earnings
