Job Title: HR Caseworker
Location: London
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £300 per day

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Caseworker to join a fast-paced team, managing triage casework and supporting decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Decision-Making
  • Make informed decisions in line with Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and Procedures (SOPs)
  • Seek guidance where necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy
Data Protection
  • Handle sensitive and personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2015
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Query Management
  • Respond to queries promptly and professionally
  • Demonstrate empathy and identify when translation or interpretation support is needed
Documentation Analysis
  • Review and analyse applicant documentation thoroughly
  • Request additional information from stakeholders where required
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support organisational priorities and collaboration
Correspondence & Record-Keeping
  • Communicate with applicants in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate case records, including notes, emails, and supporting documents
Casework Data Management
  • Ensure all case data is accurate and up to date
  • Support reporting, performance tracking, and resource planning
Governance & Compliance
  • Adhere to governance frameworks and processes
  • Ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability in all casework
Key Requirements
  • Experience in HR casework, investigations, or similar roles
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
