A leading independent property consultancy is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its growing Retail & Leisure team in Birmingham.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage of growth, with the current team sitting at just 2 people within a well-established person office. The business is heavily investing in this division, with clear plans to scale significantly, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping and developing the function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the growth and development of the Retail & Leisure division.
• Manage and advise on a diverse portfolio of retail and leisure assets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the sector.
• Assist in developing strategy and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with wider teams across the consultancy.
• Support and mentor junior team members as the division grows.

What we re looking for:

• Experience within a property consultancy, ideally within Retail & Leisure.
• Strong understanding of the commercial property market.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development.
• Ambitious and motivated to be part of a high-growth team.
• MRICS qualified (or working towards) preferred.
