Support Manager

We're recruiting an experienced and compassionate Support Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support within a care and housing environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and line managing Support Workers
- Ensuring high-quality, personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Overseeing rotas, recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users
- Working with families, health professionals, and external stakeholders
- Supporting compliance with CQC, health & safety, GDPR, and contractual standards
- Managing budgets and contributing to service development
About you:
- Experience delivering support within health & social care
- Previous team leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about inclusion, empowerment, and high standards
