Job Title: Complaints Investigator

Pay Rate: £16.23 per hour
Start Date: 27 April 2026
End Date: 19 June 2026
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 - 17:00 (7 hours per day)
  • 1-hour unpaid break
About the Role
We are recruiting 5 Complaints Investigators to join a busy team handling and resolving customer complaints. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved fairly.
Initially, you will be office-based. Once confident working independently, hybrid working will be available (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Gather and analyse information from multiple sources
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Produce clear, accurate written responses and reports
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case records
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in complaints handling, investigations, or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
  • Competent IT and administrative skills
