About the Role We are recruiting
5 Complaints Investigators to join a busy team handling and resolving customer complaints. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved fairly.
Initially, you will be office-based. Once confident working independently, hybrid working will be available (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
Key Responsibilities - Investigate customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Gather and analyse information from multiple sources
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Produce clear, accurate written responses and reports
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records
Key Requirements - Previous experience in complaints handling, investigations, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Competent IT and administrative skills
Additional Information - Hybrid working available after initial training period
