Job Description
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our client a pop-up location working as a Deputy Manager. The brand with a focus on expression, art, creativity and focusing within an open-minded environment and design are looking for someone who can embody their image and support the inspiration and development of the team.
As a Deputy Manager within this fashion boutique, you will be monitoring sales figures, and the achievement of targets, working closely with the Store Manager.
Paying £32,240 per annum pro rata. Working 5 out of 7 days per week, training to be conducted from the 8th June with a planned start date of 22nd June 2026, running for 3 months.
Duties of the Deputy Manager:
- Work cohesively with the Store Manager to build an action plan, aimed at growth and achieving targets.
- Prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitor activity and keep up to date with trends.
- Assist with training and development of the team, encouraging clientelling behaviour and personalised experience for the customers.
- Define alongside the Store Manager key objectives and goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, on the shop floor.
- Support with back of house administration.
- Motivate and drive the team, supporting on the sales floor as required.
Experience/Profile:
- Previous experience within a supervisory or management role, within a Luxury Fashion brand.
- Solid market knowledge and understanding.
- Work on the shop floor with your team, taking a hands-on approach to teaching and motivation.
- Strong relationship building, working well with management to share a singular vision and result.
- Good analytical skills, with excellent problem solving.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced retail.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking support within a small team, developing staff, supporting operations, you must be available for the length of the contract.
