Personal Attributes: Have previous experience working in a luxury boutique demonstrating consistent sales performance and 1:1 sales. Hold previous experience working with accessory goods. Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages such as Excel. We are looking for an experienced leader to join our client a pop-up location working as a Deputy Manager. Solid market knowledge and understanding. Work on the shop floor with your team, taking a hands-on approach to teaching and motivation. Strong relationship building, working well with management to share a singular vision and result. Good analytical skills, with excellent problem solving. Comfortable working in fast-paced retail.
