Step into a pivotal role as a Systems Engineering Asset Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day management of smart and mechanical key systems while supporting operational teams in securely accessing SGN's most critical sites. SGN are currently deploying a brand new secure padlock system and this is an opportunity to be part of this exciting new team in the Systems Engineering function from the beginning.

- Maintenance and management of access control systems and database
- Accurate and reliable compliance reporting
- Efficient workflow management aligned with strict procedures, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Dedicated support for operational teams, handling both mechanical and smart key challenges
- Effective inventory management, ensuring optimal key levels and timely ordering of associated parts
What you will need
- Understanding of GDPR requirements
- Experience working with procedural processes
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in core IT systems and software applications
- This role is subject to enhanced security vetting. Successful candidates must be able to satisfy clearance requirements, including providing a verifiable 5-year background history.
