Job Title: NQ+ Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to 45,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Cheltenham office and take on a key supervisory role within the team. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors, ensuring high-quality legal work, compliance with professional standards, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and day-to-day support of 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors
• Oversight and review of work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Providing guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback
• Assisting with training and development of junior team members
• Managing your own caseload (appropriate to experience)
• Ensuring adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to experienced level considered)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence supervising and supporting junior colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
• Comfortable working from the Cheltenham office
• Must live in, or be willing to live within commuting distance of Gloucestershire
