Dispute Resolution Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a busy civil litigation team based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing litigation department handling a broad and varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of contentious matters, including property disputes, contract disputes, contentious probate, and professional negligence claims.
This is a highly client-facing role offering the opportunity to develop your own areas of specialism while contributing to a growing caseload. The role also includes involvement in business development and marketing activity for the department.
Full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
- Advising clients on contentious probate, property, contract, and negligence disputes
- Handling client communications and managing expectations
- Developing specialist areas of practice
- Supporting business development and departmental growth
- Delivering efficient case progression and high standards of client care

You will join a busy civil litigation department working across multiple offices in South Yorkshire. The team handles a wide range of disputes for individuals and businesses, with a strong focus on practical, results-driven advice and client service.
