Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive)

Location: Winchester

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

About the Company:

A well-established, multi-office regional law firm with a strong and growing residential property offering. The firm has seen a significant increase in client enquiries and transaction volumes, particularly across its Winchester and Southampton offices. Due to sustained demand, the residential conveyancing team has expanded but continues to require additional experienced fee earners to fully service its pipeline of work.

The culture is supportive and performance-driven, with long-standing teams and strong internal retention across departments.

Role Summary:

This is a key hire within aresidential conveyancing team. The successful candidate will join a busy and expanding department, taking on an existing caseload and working alongside experienced support staff to ensure smooth delivery of client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
• Provide clear, timely client communication to maintain strong service levels and client satisfaction
• Work closely with support staff to progress matters efficiently and meet high-volume demand
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal quality standards across all transactions
• Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business in a busy regional practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Confident, proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
