We are seeking a professional and organised Customer Services Advisor to deliver high levels of customer service in a fast paced, friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails
- Deal with enquiries promptly and professionally
- Book and coordinate deliveries and installations
- Liaise with customers, internal operations team, and third-party providers
- Prepare and issue customer quotations
- Accurately input and update data on internal systems
- Manage and resolve customer issues effectively
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- IT literate (Microsoft Office and bespoke Database)
- Remain calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience within a customer service role would be ideal however, relevant skills and transferable experience will be taken into account
Additional Information:
- Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30
- Salary from £27,000 dependent on experience
- 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays) plus Christmas shutdown
- Rural location - own transport required
