Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organised Customer Services Advisor to deliver high levels of customer service in a fast paced, friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails
  • Deal with enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Book and coordinate deliveries and installations
  • Liaise with customers, internal operations team, and third-party providers
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations
  • Accurately input and update data on internal systems
  • Manage and resolve customer issues effectively

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office and bespoke Database)
  • Remain calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience within a customer service role would be ideal however, relevant skills and transferable experience will be taken into account

Additional Information:

  • Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30
  • Salary from £27,000 dependent on experience
  • 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays) plus Christmas shutdown
  • Rural location - own transport required
