We are seeking a professional and organised Customer Services Advisor to deliver high levels of customer service in a fast paced, friendly and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails Deal with enquiries promptly and professionally Book and coordinate deliveries and installations Liaise with customers, internal operations team, and third-party providers Prepare and issue customer quotations Accurately input and update data on internal systems Manage and resolve customer issues effectively Key Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication skills written and verbal Strong organisation and attention to detail IT literate (Microsoft Office and bespoke Database) Remain calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and to manage multiple tasks Previous experience within a customer service role would be ideal however, relevant skills and transferable experience will be taken into account Additional Information: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 Salary from £27,000 dependent on experience 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays) plus Christmas shutdown Rural location - own transport required
