This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating moving parts, and delivering a seamless experience for both colleagues and customers.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and external clients

• Responding to changes quickly and confidently, ensuring minimal disruption

• Updating systems, logs, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

• Supporting wider operational teams to ensure deadlines and service levels are met

• Building strong working relationships across the business

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Confidence using scheduling systems, CRM tools or similar software

• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

What's on offer

• Salary between £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Supportive team culture with ongoing development opportunities

• A role where your organisation and problem-solving genuinely make a difference

If you're someone who loves structure, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track, we'd love to hear from you.
