Senior Associate - Employment Leeds UK Top 50 Firm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a highly regarded, national employment team based in Leeds. This role offers the chance to work alongside leading Partners on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector.The Role You'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the team, handling a varied caseload and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing Employment Tribunal litigation
• Providing high-quality, commercially focused advice
• Delivering training to clients and prospective clients
• Supporting business development and client growth initiatives

About You

• 4+ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge with experience handling tribunal matters
• Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills
• Confident managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Commercially aware, proactive, and a strong team player
• Strong track record of handling respondent matters
