The role is for a Contract Specialist Lawyer / Legal Engineer within the AI Legal Engineering team, part of the Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services division. The position focuses on integrating Generative AI into legal workflows, especially contract review and lifecycle management, while working closely with client teams to implement technology-driven legal solutions.

• Leveraging Generative AI tools for contract review and workflow optimisation
• Designing custom prompts and AI models for legal use cases
• Responding to contract related queries and drafting agreements/documents
• Collecting and analysing legal/contractual data for reporting purposes
• Supporting clients in implementation of AI based legal tools
• Collaborating with partner teams and stakeholders on legal tech projects

• Qualified lawyer (any jurisdiction)
• Strong understanding of contract law
• Interest or experience in legal tech / AI applications in law
• Proficiency in software tools and digital workflows
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
