Role Overview We are hiring a Legal Manager to lead and manage debt recovery efforts through strategic litigation and enforcement actions. This role is ideal for legal professionals with in-depth experience in loan recovery under laws like SARFAESI, NI Act, and Arbitration frameworks. You'll work closely with advocates, oversee litigation across regions, and drive outcomes for high-value non-performing assets (NPAs). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute legal strategies for loan recovery in accordance with SARFAESI Act, NI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, CPC, and other relevant recovery laws. Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, and legal authorities. Coordinate with empaneled advocates nationwide by providing precise instructions and monitoring legal proceedings.
