RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

We are currently working with a highly reputable, multi office and ever expanding Law Firm who are recruiting for their Residential Property Team in East London.

The successful candidate should be 3 years + pqe, will need to be a good communicator, able to deal with a range of residential conveyancing transactions (25-35 new instruction each month), both freehold and leasehold and include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties etc.

They are looking to develop and expand the office, so a willingness to be involved in business development will be a key requirement of this role.

This opportunity is a full time office based position.
