Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer accounts, progressing orders and promoting upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain high service levels with all clients.
  • Handle sales administration for key accounts, ensuring full coordination of the sales order process.
  • Respond to incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Address sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to progress orders and communicate updates to customers.
  • Provide accurate responses to product-related enquiries.
  • Provide relief support to the Customer Service Team when required.
  • Processing daily orders on the MieTrak ERP system
  • Communicating with customers about delivery changes or delays
  • Recording updates, managing RMAs and PODs
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.
  • Support Customer Service during sickness or absences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational abilities
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Willingness to develop strong product knowledge
