Job DescriptionClass 1 HGV Shunter Driver - Day Shift£16.38 p/hKegworth Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for Class 1 HGV Shunter Drivers on days to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Shunter driver you will ensure yard movements are done correctly and support the smooth running of the operation. There is a strong possibility this role will turn permanent with our client. Shift Patterns / Working Hours: 4 on 4 off days - 06:00 to 18:00The successful Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will: + Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months + Have a valid tacho and DQC card + Previous experience as a shunter is preferred + Have a positive can do attitudeYour duties as a Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will include: + Moving trailers or units around the yard + Ensure safety of others in the yardYou will receive: + STD - £16.38 per hour + OT - £24.57 per hourBenefit of working with Pertemps: + Weekly pay or monthly pay - you choose + Pension + Annual leave + 24/7 support + Mortgage references If you are interested in this Day Shift Shunter position, please contact Tom Lievers on .
