Job Title: Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education)
Location: Manor Wood School, Bishopsworth, Bristol, BS13 8AG
Hours: 40 per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only
Start: April 2026

About the Role
As Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education), you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, with a primary focus on curriculum excellence, teaching and learning, and positive behaviour support. You will play a central role in driving high standards across the school, ensuring that every pupil receives a high quality, cohesive and ambitious educational experience.
Working as a key member of the senior and multi disciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with education, care and clinical colleagues to deliver an integrated approach that supports strong outcomes for all pupils. You will model outstanding practice, inspire teams and foster positive relationships with families, professionals and regulatory partners.
