• £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

The Role:

• Head up & oversee the existing team
• Run a ready-to-go residential conveyancing caseload - of good quality matters
• Supervise matters within the team and provide technical guidance as required
• If you want you could handle a mixed residential & commercial property caseload
• Provide leadership, supervision and capacity within the team
• Contribute to strategy/direction of the department/firm
• Work collaboratively with an existing Solicitor who supports compliance/process development

About You:

• This role could suit a Qualified or Non-Qualified Fee Earner
• Your experience is far more important than qualification
• Support may be available for those completing qualification routes (e.g.: CILEX/SQE).
• You should have at least 3 years' experience within conveyancing
• Those looking to step up into a Head of Department role should get in touch
