Senior Oracle HFM Lead (Technical & Functional) - Permenant position

Seeking an experienced Oracle HFM Lead to stabilise, optimise, and transform a complex global HFM environment. This role combines hands on technical leadership with strong finance partnership to improve consolidation accuracy, performance, and scalability.

• Lead HFM stabilisation, optimisation, and roadmap delivery
• Resolve FX, consolidation, and close-cycle issues
• Own HFM architecture (rules, metadata, performance)
• Partner with Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
• Manage third party vendors and governance across the platform

• 8+ years Oracle HFM experience
• Strong HFM rules (VBScript), consolidation, and FX expertise
• Experience in global, multi entity environments
• Knowledge of FDMEE, performance tuning, and data management
• Solid understanding of group consolidation processes

• Hands on technical leader
