Primary Teacher - Year 4

• Location: Rugby, CV22
• Salary: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
• Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are working in partnership with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire, seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils
• Assess progress and maintain accurate records
• Build a positive learning environment with clear expectations
• Work closely with a classroom teaching assistant
• Communicate regularly with families and lead parent meetings
• Adapt planning to support diverse and SEN needs

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Confident KS2 teacher, ideally with Year 4 experience
• Strong classroom management and a calm, consistent approach
• Passion for inclusive and high-quality teaching
