Aviation Commercial / Operations Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial / Operations Executive to join our client's team based near Heathrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with aviation industry experience to take on a varied role that combines sales, operations, and customer service.

Location: Heathrow Area

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing inside sales activities and supporting commercial growth
• Preparing accurate quotes and proposals for clients
• Flight planning and coordination of operational activities
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Supporting the team with daily operational tasks and administration

About You:

• You have at least 2 years' experience in the aviation industry
• Strong background in inside sales and operational roles
• Knowledge of flight planning processes and quoting procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with flight operations and commercial procedures
